Albert O'Brien
Sales Representative
Albert has over 20 years as a sales representative. His main responsibility is to promote Passive House Systems products to builders’ merchants and to the end user. Albert promotes airtightness products, ventilations products and services and air and sound testing services.
Brian Kirby
Sales Representative
Brian has a BA in Business Studies from University of Limerick. He has a background in insulation and was project manager on multiple SEAI deep retrofit schemes. He has over 5 years of experience in construction industry. With Brian’s diverse skillset and expertise, he is now responsible for the promotion of all airtightness products to builders merchants, building contractors and specialist installers, as well as mechanical ventilation, and all Passive House Systems services focusing on air and sound testing.
Edel Howick
Sales Representative
Edel has over 30 years of experience in sales, management and customer services. She holds a diploma in Marketing and Accountancy. She is responsible for customer services, administration and ensuring all orders are processed.
Bernie Cronin
General Manager
Bernie is responsible for Office administration, purchasing, sales and associated logistics. Bernie has a Degree in Maths & Sociology from UCC and has worked in similar industries in the past 15 years. She is Customer Service oriented and very well organised person.
Patrick Wycherley
Managing Director
Patrick is involved in airtightness since 2008, having then purchased a Minneapolis airtightness testing kit. In 2011 he commenced distributing a third brand of airtightness products to builder merchants. He holds an honours masters degree in Environmental Engineering and an honours primary degree in Electronic Systems, both from the University of Limerick.
Con Dempsey
Business Development Manager
Con holds an honours degree in Commerce from UCC. He has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of the construction industry. In recent years Con has specialised in ventilation systems from design to handover. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in the design, installation & commissioning of various types of domestic ventilation systems.

Sandra Dempsey
HR & Accounts Lead
Sandra is CIPD Accredited and has many years experience as a HR Practioner, and has over 20 years experience in senior roles in admin, invoicing, credit control. Sandra is responsible for the Human Resource function, Payroll and Accounts Payable and Receivable in Passive House Systems.
Puja Sohani
Ventilation Sales Engineer
Puja holds a Master of Architecture, she has specialized in Urban Design, and is a Certified BER Assessor. Her 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry and as a professor provide her with the skillset to design and focus on revealing how a specific PHS ventilation product can achieve the best solution for new built and to the retrofit schemes.

Marketing Executive
Agata is a passionate and creative team-player, responsible for our online and print presence. She has a Master Degree in Marketing & Social Communication and over 10 years of experience in New Media Management.
Donna O'Donovan
Customer Services Executive
Donna has ten years experience in various sales development roles, having worked on many high profile campaigns. She specialises in evaluating customer’s needs, developing and implementing various sales strategies.
Tom Hayes
Warehouse Operator
Tom’s combined experience in warehousing management and transport logistics and his extensive knowledge of our various products, are instrumental in helping us to achieve a 90% overnight delivery service rate to our all customers.
Conor Crowley
Warehouse Assistant
Conor assists with helping in our Crookstown Warehouse labelling product, ensuring all products are correctly labelled and in the correct locations for faster picking of stock and ensuring accurate stock is delivered to our customers
Tomasz Zbonik
Warehouse Operative
Tomasz supports the overall running of the warehouse, goods in/goods out, stock management. He communicates with the sales team to ensure goods go out on time while managing customer special orders and back orders. Tomasz delivers the products to local customers after picking and packaging to achieve a 100% pick and deliver rate.
