PHS Spray Adhesive Plus is formulated to prepare various construction substrates, such as plaster, concrete, aerated concrete, bricks, lime stone, and metal sheets, for bonding with a range of PHS window tapes, PHS AVCL membranes and butyl tapes. PHS Spray Adhesive Plus is not suitable for solvent-sensitive substrates such as PS foam and plasticized PVC.

Applications:

Interior preparation of construction substrates for bonding with window tapes AVCL membranes and butyl tapes.
All construction types and most substrates including: plaster, concrete, aerated concrete, block, limestone and metal sheets.
Not suitable for solvent sensitive substrates such as PU foam and plasticised PVC.

Storage:

Store in original container, at temperatures not exceeding 50°C without direct sunlight.

Application

Application Guide:

Remove dust, grease and other contamination from the surface, before applying the adhesive.
The surface must not be oxidized and must be dry, clean, smooth, free of loose components, free of dust, grease, ice and dew.
Absorbent substrates may be slightly damp, no running water, no water film, a drying of the substrate is not possible after application of this primer.
Before processing, check whether the substrate is compatible with this product.
Smaller holes, imperfections and flings must be closed or prepared with a mineral repair mortar.
Before applying, shake the can vigorously.
From a distance of 20cm apply the PHS Spray Adhesive Plus on the surface to be bonded.
Allow the adhesive to dry for 1-2 minutes.
Apply the tape to the treated surface immediately and press firmly at once.
For best results, use this product at temperatures between 10°C and 25°C.
After use, invert the can and spray for a few seconds to clear the nozzle.
