PHS MS Hybrid sealant is a soft elasticity, single component adhesive and sealant suitable for internal and external bonding of our construction sealing membranes for the bonding of rebates, mitres and overlaps and for bonding of construction components made from plaster, natural stone, aluminium, steel, zinc, copper, glass, wood, MDF, tiles, ceramic among each other or on solid mineral surfaces PHS MS Hybrid Sealant is a flexible, single-component adhesive. PHS MS Hybrid Sealant is resistant to overnight condensation and cures with atmospheric moisture to a flexible, rubbery plastic. This has excellent weather and chemical resistance.

Application Guide:

When using externally try applying when weather is dry to prevent issues with the drying times also check ideal temperature for application.
Prepare the area before applying, remove any existing sealant, dirt, dust etc.
Consider applying tape to the area so that the finish is neat and tidy.
Cut the tube smoothly with a sharp blade at a 45-degree angle.
Apply accurately and smooth with finger once applied to create a stronger bond and a professional finish.
To avoid friction when smoothing the application dip fingers in soapy water.
Allow for drying time according to processing data.

Processing:

Ideal processing temperature range: +5°C to +40°C.
Coverage 10m per 600ml foil, nozzle diameter 8mm.
At 1mm layer thickness of adhesive the consumption is approx. 1l/m² – a 600ml tubular bag suffices for approx. 0.6 m² adhesion surface.
The internal seal must be more vapour diffusion tight than the outer seal.
