Gerband 6300 Primer is a dispersion-based polyacrylate, that gives a low to medium viscosity prime coat. Designed to prepare rough and sandy application surfaces for airtightness tape adhesion.
Applications:
- Timber construction materials
- Masonry
- Concrete
- Apply Gerband 6300 Primer on the surface to be bonded.
- Let the primer dry well for further processing – the surface of the applied primer should feel mostly dry.
- Apply several times on difficult substrates, if necessary, and allow to dry well each time.
- Apply the adhesive tape on the treated surface and press firmly at once. Read instructions for use of adhesive tapes here.

Application
Application Guide:
- Apply Gerband 6300 Primer on the surface to be bonded,
- Let the primer dry well before further processing of the surface. The applied primer should feel mostly dry,
- Apply several times on difficult substrates, if necessary, and allow to dry well each time,
- Apply the adhesive tape on the treated surface and press firmly at once. Observe the instructions for use of the respective adhesive tape.
Processing:
- Apply at temperatures from +5C to +35C.
- Drying time approx, 30min to 60min.
- Store in dry rooms from +5C to + 25C, protected from UV-radiation.
- Keep out of reach of children.
