Albert O’Brien
Technical Sales Advisor
Albert is responsible for providing technical support to builders’ merchants and end users. He advises on airtightness and ventilation products and makes recommendations on how to meet Building Regulations and achieve NZEB standards. Albert has over 30 years direct sales and field sales experience.
Jack Mendes
General Manager
Jack is responsible for overall business operations including financial and management accounting, personnel management and policy implementation. He holds a degree in Commerce and has over 20 years experience in product procurement, inventory control, sales strategy, credit risk management, banking operations, insurance and logistics.
Bernie Cronin
Purchasing Manager
Bernie is responsible for purchasing and associated logistics. She has over 20 years business administration, relationship management, customer service and senior management experience. She is a graduate of UCC and holds a Degree in Maths & Sociology.
Patrick Wycherley
Managing Director
Patrick is the founder of Passive House Systems and has been pioneering innovative products for low energy buildings since 2008. He holds an honours masters degree in Environmental Engineering and an honours primary degree in Electronic Systems, both from the University of Limerick.
Con Dempsey
Ventilation Sales Manager
Con holds an honours degree in Commerce from UCC. He has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of the construction industry. In recent years Con has specialised in ventilation systems from design to handover. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in the design, installation & commissioning of various types of domestic ventilation systems.
Tom Hayes
Warehouse Team Leader
Tom’s combined experience in warehousing management and transport logistics and his extensive knowledge of our various products, are instrumental in helping us to achieve a 90% overnight delivery service rate to our all customers.
Caleb Sheehan
Technical Sales Advisor
Caleb is responsible for technical product support, advising customers on airtightness and ventilation products, and developing custom energy efficiency solutions for clients. He has over 30 years sales, marketing, business development, account management and relationship management experience.
Sandra Dempsey
HR & Accounts Lead
Sandra is CIPD Accredited and has many years experience as a HR Practioner, and has over 20 years experience in senior roles in admin, invoicing, credit control. Sandra is responsible for the Human Resource function, Payroll and Accounts Payable and Receivable in Passive House Systems.
Puja Sohani
Ventilation Sales Engineer
Puja holds a Master of Architecture, she has specialized in Urban Design, and is a Certified BER Assessor. Her 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry and as a professor provide her with the skillset to design and focus on revealing how a specific PHS ventilation product can achieve the best solution for new built and to the retrofit schemes.
Ciara Boland
Sales Administrator
With over 20 years’ experience in sales and administration Ciara processes your orders on behalf of the sales team and liaises directly with the warehouse. With her retail management background, she places a strong emphasis on customer service. Making sure the team has everything they need to continue to provide the excellent service Passive House clients have come to expect.
Corinna Kingston
Sales Manager
Corinna leads the PHS sales team and is responsible for business development. She has over 30 years experience across international commodity trading, operational and strategic management, and human resource management. She holds a Diploma in Management Studies, a H.Dip in Executive Coaching and a CIPD Diploma in People Management from the National College of Ireland.
Jane O’Neill
Accounts Admin & Payroll Support
Jane is responsible for accounts administration and payroll support. She has over 5 years experience in retail management, office administration and payroll and has completed courses in Book-Keeping, Accounting and Sage.
